A. One-Stop Filing

IP-P has streamlined its procedures so as to be able to offer clients swift, efficient and cost-saving filing of applications in Israel. One-Stop Filing allows clients who have all the relevant documentation at hand to file their applications in one step thus saving time and money - approximately 20% cheaper than standard filing¹

If you wish to take advantage of One-Stop Filing, all the following information is needed at the time of Filing:

1. A copy of the application to be filed, including specification, claims and drawings²
2. Details of Applicant(s) including place of incorporation/citizenship optionally, inventors details including citizenship may be added to the application
3. Translation of the application into English²
4. A signed power of attorney - Legalization/Notarization is not required
5. Details of the priority application (where applicable)
6. A copy of the assignment document (if there has been a change in applicant since filing of priority application)
7. One-Time inclusive payment¹

¹Payment will cover all charges including official fees and associated expenses. No Extra charges after filing.
²A certified priority document must be submitted within 12 months of the Israel filing together with a verified translation of the priority document into English.
