We offer our Clients the choice of two alternative methods of filing:
IP-P has streamlined its procedures so as to be able to offer Clients swift, efficient and cost-saving filing of applications in Israel. One-Stop Filing allows Clients who have allthe relevant documentation at hand to file their applications in One step thus saving time and money - approximately 20% cheaper than standard filing¹
If you wish to take advantage of One-Stop Filing, all the following information is needed at the time of Filing:
- Specimen for each class of goods or services concerned unless the mark is a word mark in ordinary type
- Information about the applicant, including name, street address, nature of commercial activity (for example, manufacturer or merchant)
- A signed power of attorney - Legalization/Notarization is not required
- A priority document where applicable
- One-Time inclusive payment¹
A preliminary limited computerized search of the Israel Trademark Office database is made at no extra charge.
¹Payment will cover all charges including official fees and associated expenses. No Extra charges after filing.
Stage I: The following minimum information is needed:
- Specimen for each class of goods or services concerned unless the mark is a word mark in ordinary type
- Information about the applicant, including name, street address, nature of commercial activity (for example, manufacturer or merchant)
- Filing fee
Stage II: The following additional information may be submitted after filing within the time limits shown:
- A signed power of attorney - Legalization/Notarization is not required
- A priority document where applicable
It is generally advisable to conduct a trademark search. A preliminary limited computerized search of the Israel Trademark Office database is made. The cost of this preliminary non-binding initial search, which is carried out prior to filing, is waived if we receive instructions to file the application.
